I just returned from teaching at the Miami Valley Jazz Camp in Centerville OH….and it was another great week. The students were very dedicated, and they gave great final concerts this year. I will be performing with Lucy Lawless this weekend at Universal Studios Hollywood…she is such a nice person and a fun entertainer….can’t wait. I also released Sammy K’s Groove Boot Camp Basic Training Edition…my companion CD for the one day intensive Drum Set course I teach. I am so glad to have that finished and out on the street, and it is a helpful product for the students.

Keep an eye out for me in line for the next coaster ride….I just hit Cedar Point and King’s Island…rode ‘em all!
